Promotional EP for Tinseltown

Tinseltown rehearsals are well underway and, in advance of the grand opening, the team have been working on an EP of four tracks from the show. As well as using orchestrations from myself and PAUL BOYD, the tracks also include additional programming and guitar work of my regular collaborators JONNY MARTIN and JONNY COLGAN, as well some beautiful cello from ELIAS ROONEY. The tracks will soon be available on iTunes. Featured on the EP are JANE MILLIGAN, RHIANNON CHESTERMAN, CHRISTOPHER FINN, CONLETH KANE, NUALA McKEEVER and RICHARD CROXFORD.

Cabaret – The Stage and Belfast News Letter Reviews

Production values are of a very high standard, from Matthew Reeve’s multi-layered musical arrangements, played live on a raised platform, to Stuart Marshall’s atmospheric recreation of the Kit Kat Club, complete with crumbling proscenium arch, tattered curtains and dank, peeling doors.

Director Lisa May, choreographer Sarah Johnston and musical director Matthew Reeve all deserve much credit for a stupendous, sassy production that exudes sex and swagger before vaulting dramatically into darkness.
